Medical Practice
The purpose of my practice is to help you live well.
Holistic Psychiatry
I draw on my expertise in traditional psychiatric medications and complementary & integrative treatments to recommend a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to your body, mind, and lifestyle. These visits occur monthly or less frequently, depending on your current need, and are best suited to patients who are already in established psychotherapy with another provider.
Psychoanalytic Therapy
My goal is to help you identify and grow out of old patterns which hold you back from living your most meaningful and connected life. This type of work generally requires meeting at least weekly. I also incorporate holistic psychiatry services into these visits, based on your needs and values.
Services
The first step is a free 15-minute phone consultation.
We'll briefly discuss your history, current symptoms and my approach before scheduling an initial appointment. If I think it may be in your best interest to see a provider with expertise different from my own, I am happy to provide referral alternatives.
Please note: I am not in-network with any insurance company. I can provide invoices/"superbills" that you can submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement if your policy offers out-of-network benefits.

Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your health care will cost.
Under the law, Health care providers need to give patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. This is called a Good Faith Estimate.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for total expected cost of any health care items of services. The Good Faith Estimate shows the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services and equipment.
You may request a Good Faith Estimate in advance of an already scheduled health care service or item, or before scheduling an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate or the dispute process, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1.800.985.3059.
